The Razorback Steel Canopy is the built unlike any other canopy on the market. It’s made from a pressed automotive steel. Built on a robotic production line, ust like your ute is.
Let’s take a look at the 5 key parts of how we get a canopy from the factory, to your vehicle..
The Razorback Steel Canopy is designed using 3D technology which enables the manufacturer to complement the lines and contours of your ute’s unique shape.
The canopy is put through the same design and engineering process that is used to build your ute.
Built on a robotic production line, the Razorback Steel Canopy utilises the latest in automotive manufacturing technology.. Using robotics ensures the canopies achieve a consistent quality.
Every Razorback Canopy comes colour coded to your vehicle’s factory paint code. There’s a 4 stage process that ensures you get the best possibile finish.
The end result is a superior finish that complements your vehicle. You can clean. wax and polish the canopy exactly the same as you would maintain your vehicle.
The interior lining on the Razorback Steel Canopy is manufactured from a heavy duty vinyl. Other canopy manufacturers generally use a marine carpet, or similar, to line the inside of the canopy. In our years of experience, we have found that carpet holds dust and dirt and becomes difficult to clean. Our vinyl finish is easy to clean and maintain, and it looks great inside the canopy.
The canopy is installed on the tub using clamps so no drilling is required to secure the canopy to your tub (J-Deck Hilux requires drilling and bolt fitment)
A wiring loom is supplied so you can connect your brake light, rear demister and central locking.
Installation of canopy can be carried out at our Riverstone NSW warehouse or at one of our approved fitting centres, located in Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide. We can ship Australia wide if you would like to install the canopy yourself.
